For $19.95, we will send you a box, packing material, a pre-paid return label and an information sheet. You will receive an estimate for your repair promptly. Also, your estimate will be discounted 10% from our standard retail price. If you want additional insurance on the pre-paid return packaging, please indicate it on the payment notes when making the purchase.
