To send your customer’s watch in for evaluation and repair please send the watch with a letter/package slip containing the following information:
– Your return address
– Contact information
– Customer’s Last Name
– Your Order # or Reference # for the repair
– What you are sending in and why
– Note any damages the watch has
– Approximate value of the watch
Along with the letter or package slip also enclose the following:
If being sent in for possible warranty work, we will need a copy of proof of purchase. This can be a copy of the receipt, credit card statement or email confirmation. However it must show the date and from what company.
Mail the watch and paperwork in a sturdy box. Do not send us the original display box the watch was sold in because we can’t store them nor return. We also advise the package be sent in an insured and trackable manner.
Return s&h costs once a watch repair has been completed or denied will be $15.00 per watch for most standard watches. For a Highline Watch the return s&h will be $25.00. Payment for return s&h does not need to be included at this time.

Once we receive the watch we will evaluate it. We will provide an estimate of repairs within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving the watch. We send the estimate via email, fax or mail. Repairs will not begin until we have your verbal or written consent. Repair time on average is 7 to 10 business days in house once consent has been given.
