1977 was a year of major change in the watch repair industry. Electronic watches saturated the market with few options for service. Service options were left to companies ill equipped to handle much of their own product. It was then that Marc and Diedre Young decided to take a chance. Consulting with engineers, circuit designers and conventional watch professionals, the Youngs founded Parsec Enterprises as specialists in servicing the new electronic quartz watch product.
Against major odds, Parsec succeeded and grew to become the largest independent watch repair facility in the U.S., servicing nearly all major brands, providing warranty services on over 25 major brands, as well as high volume services unavailable from any other source.

Nike Timing Two-year Limited Warranty
Your NIKE watch is warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship, under normal use, for a period of two years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty excludes damage resulting from improper care or handling, accidents, modification, unauthorized repairs, normal wear, or other causes which are not defects in materials and workmanship.
If your watch is defective, send the watch and the store receipt to the authorized service center listed on this warranty page or return the watch and the store receipt to the place of purchase.
If there is a covered defect, we will at our option repair the defective part(s), or replace the watch with the same product (if available) or a similar product of equal price. We reserve the right to refuse either repair or replacement (but not both) if the cost of doing so would be disproportionate to the defect. This limited warranty is in place of all other express and implied warranties of any kind, which are hereby excluded. In no event shall NIKE be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of the watch, and any recovery is limited to the purchase price. No other person or company is authorized to change this limited warranty, and your dealer is solely responsible for any other warranties.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. The NIKE two-year warranty applies only to the bezel and module of the Cuff sweatband watch and does not apply to the cotton-blend sweatband strap. In accordance with the European Union Directive 2002 / 96 / EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment ( WEEE ), please forward all electronic equipment no longer used to your local recycling service provider.

Non-warranty Service The MIO Watch Service Center (Parsec Enterprises, Inc) will service your watch for a nominal fee for repairs performed after the expiration of the warranty period, or services required that are not covered under warranty.
Servicing your MIO watch at any location outside of our authorized service center will void your warranty. You may send your watch directly to the MIO Watch Service Center without obtaining written authorization from Parsec or MIO.
Once delivered, the MIO Watch Service Center will evaluate your watch and send a written estimate. No repairs will be done without your authorization. In the event of any defect or other failure of the watch to confrom to this warranty, manufacturer will repair or replace the watch without charge. This warranty does not cover wear or alteration to the watch case, strap or bracelet or crystal (lens), or water damage unless the watch is marked "watch resistant." U.S. residents must include a shipping and handling fee of $7.50 in the form of a check or money order, made payable to Parsec Enterprises, Inc. Insure the watch for at least its purchase price or replacement cost when shipping it for repair. If you are located outside the U.S. forward your request for warranty service to the authorized Watch Service Center closest to you. All requests for warranty service must include your watch, your name, address, and telephone number, a description of the problem and a copy of your Warranty Certificate or sales receipt. Postage, packing, and insurance costs are your responsibility. To U.S. Residents: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
International shipping will incur an additional charge. Watches may be sent via USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, or other major carrier. Watches may be returned via UPS or USPS.

5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Adrienne Vittadini timepiece should be free of defects from materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or water damage. Warranty is void if watch has been damaged by accident, neglect, or unauthorized service.

Replacement parts are available for an additional charge. If warranty period has expired or the problem is not covered by warranty, your watch will be examined and a quotation for repairs will be made. Your TIMBERLAND watch is warranted by Endura AG for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty. The international TIMBERLAND warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery of the purchased TIMBERLAND watch ("defects"). The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated, fully and correctly completed and stamped by an official TIMBERLAND dealer ("valid warranty certificate").
During the warranty period and by presenting the valid warranty certificate, you will have the right to have any defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are improper to restore the normal conditions of use of your TIMBERLAND watch, or if you purchased a TIMBERLAND watch the case of which cannot be opened, Endura AG guarantees its replacement by a TIMBERLAND watch of similar model. The warranty for the replacement watch ends twenty-four (24) months after the date of purchase of the replaced watch.
This manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
* the life of the battery * normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. scratched crystal; alteration of the colour and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, velcro; peeling of the plating).
* any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the use directions provided by Endura AG.
* the TIMBERLAND watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in their original condition beyond Endura AG's control.
Should you require work under this warranty, please send the watch by insured mail, postage paid to the service center listed below, together with a check or money order for $12.00 to cover shipping and handling, and with the duly completed warranty certificate.
