Customer Service Department

You may discuss your repair with our Customer Service department from 11:00am to 4:00pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Customer Service may be reached by calling 1-800-359-2508

Repair Warranty

Your repair is warranteed for six months after the repair date for failure of any part, or aspect of the repair performed. Warranty does not extend to cover the entire watch unless an overhaul is performed. Cells are covered for 90 days. Warranty does not cover abuse, or miss-use of the watch during that period. Customer is responsible for costs incurred in return the watch to the service center.

Shipping method

Watches are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS standard unless customer pays for additional expedited service.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is never released to any outside party, business, or individual. Customer's email address may be used to advise customer of the status of the repair, delay or return information.

Currency

All transactions must be in U.S. dollars.

Prices

All repairs are estimated unless otherwise requested. If customer states "No estimate is required" Customer is responsible for any fees incurred. No repair is performed until payment is received.

Special order parts

Any part requiring special order cannot be returned for refund. Any part used in a repair that is not a special order may be charged a restocking fee of 15% if returned. No refunds for repairs will be given if the watch is not returned first for inspection.
